Oasis Wine Cellars was founded by Robert Mays on a simple belief: wine is not a commodity, but a living collection that rewards patience, intention, and proper stewardship.
That philosophy informs every recommendation we make, every brand we partner with, and every consultation we undertake. We work closely with homeowners, designers, and builders to create wine environments that balance technical preservation with elevated residential design.
Our process is collaborative, highly considered, and intentionally personal. We work with a select number of clients at any given time to ensure every project receives the attention, detail, and discretion it deserves.
