Refund policy

Oasis Wine Cellars is owned and operated by Mays Art Design Consulting LLC. We stand behind every product we sell. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through oasiswinecellars.com.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted when all of the following are true:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you have changed your mind about a new, unused item
  • Any damage, defect, or incorrect item was reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and includes all original packaging and accessories

Items must be in new condition. Used or installed products cannot be returned unless they were defective on arrival.

4. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the information and, if approved, provide return instructions and a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

5. Return Shipping and Fees

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label. You pay nothing to return the item, and no restocking fee applies.

Change-of-mind returns. You are responsible for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee based on the product price is deducted from your refund.

Please ship approved returns within 7 days of approval. Exchanges for the same item do not incur a restocking fee.

6. Refunds and Replacements

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement applies
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving the return
  • If you prefer, we can send a replacement item instead of a refund

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products as long as they meet the return conditions above. Replacement items ship once the returned item is received and approved.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Damage or defects reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Any return requested more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products, including bespoke cellar builds and custom enclosures
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
  • Custom and made-to-order items may be cancelled before fabrication begins. Once fabrication has started, they cannot be cancelled.
  • Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above

10. Warranty

Products sold by Oasis Wine Cellars are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for that brand. Warranty coverage is separate from this return policy. See our Warranty page for coverage, exclusions, and how to make a claim.

11. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under U.S. consumer protection law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting.
